Hi there,
We’ve recently purchased a license for your Free Sample plugin and were hoping we could get some advice on how to customize some things.
- Right now when you add a sample to the cart its taking over the carton quantity. We need it to only add 1 to the cart. I’ve adjusted the maximum order amount to 1 but that isn’t changing anything.
- We want the shipping method to default to ‘free shipping’ for a sample. Is that something that can be done through your plugin?
- We need the positioning of the sample button changed – it’s kind of floating and not inline with anything.

Right now this feature is not available in the plugin. You have to little bit customize for that.
